Returns and refunds

Our 14-day return policy states that upon receipt of an item, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to provide any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The costs for returning products are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise indicated or in the case of a defective or incorrect product.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN? (Return via email)

-Send a return request via email, write to us at info@marianneshoponline.com within 14 days of order delivery, indicating: 

Name and surname.
Order number.
The products you wish to return.

 

-Wait for our response, we will reply within 24/48 working hours with:

Return confirmation.
The address to which to ship the package.

-Ship the package:

Securely pack the products, ensuring they are intact and in their original packaging.
We recommend a trackable courier: we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
